Refund policy

DO NOT SEND BACK your order without contacting us first for the proper return procedure and return address.  

We will accept an exchange or refund up to 10 days after item is received.  Refunds, minus shipping costs,  will appear after items are received back to Glamorous Hippie and determined that they are in the condition they were sent out in.   Custom orders, sizes or color requests cannot be refunded.  Sale items are FINAL SALE, no refund on sale items.

Shipping cost to make a return is paid by the customer.  If an item is defective, Glamorous Hippie will pay for your return or exchange.  Please contact us via email
